Terms and Conditions

By becoming a member of our Avalon North , you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership: Membership to Avalon North grants you access to our facilities and services as outlined in our membership agreement. Membership is non-transferable.

Key Usage: Upon joining, you will be issued a key for access to our facilities. This key remains the property of Avalon North and must be returned prior to cancellation of membership.

Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time by returning their key to the Avalon North. Cancellation requests must be initiated by emailing patriarchynothanks@gmail.com or texting the head madame of the club.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued upon cancellation of membership, provided that the key is returned to Avalon North. No refunds will be given for failure to use the club. Refunds are only granted in rare cases of billing error or accidental overpayment by the user.

Termination of Membership: Avalon North reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for violation of club rules, misconduct, or failure to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Club Rules and Regulations: Members are expected to adhere to all club rules and regulations as outlined by the Avalon North Member Handbook. Failure to comply may result in termination of membership without refund.

Liability: Members are responsible for their own safety and well-being while using the facilities of Avalon North. Avalon North is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Avalon North reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to members via email or posted in the club.

By becoming a member of the Avalon North, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
